FRED SINCLAIR-BROWN, CHAIRMAN

Mr. Sinclair-Brown is an experienced and highly successful leader in the care industry. From 2006-2011, he was CEO of Partnerships In Care LTD … the second largest independent provider of specialist mental health care facilities in the UK with 23 inpatient facilities and a total of 1,220 beds. He led the company through dramatic change and a 50% growth in capacity and profits during his tenure. PIC was acquired by Arcadia Health Care in 2014 for £400 million. At PIC, he found and was the first chairman of the Independent Mental Health Alliance (IMHSA). In the past 12 years, Mr. Sinclair-Brown was CFO (which for the last five years he combined with COO) of ANS PLC an elderly and specialist care homes provider which grew substantially under his leadership to 44 nursing facilities with 3,124 beds. It was the seventh largest independent care homes provider in the UK in 2005 when Mr. Sinclair-Brown was instrumental in the sale of the company to BUPA for £335 million. Since 2011, Mr. Sinclair-Brown has been CEO of one World Investments UK LTD, a healthcare consultancy. Having qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC, he became a corporate finance director with both the HSBC Group and Bank of Ireland.

ROB MARTIN, NON EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Rob has worked in health and social care for nearly 20 years. Driving quality, diversification and growth in residential homes, homecare, acquired brain injury services, specialist health treatment and specialist services for over 55s.

Currently head of care quality for the anchor trust who have more than residential care homes nationwide. Rob is responsible for quality of care delivered across the portfolio and homecare operations. Driving service improvement through new intiatives and technology, delivered a number of acquistions and new developments. Recently undertaken the health and social care sector recognised top manager programme with the Kings Fund, representing anchor feeding into a number of high profile initiatives such as young leaders with Care England, public funding initiative and work with regulators on feeding in to integration work. Rob was previously employed by Allied Healthcare for nine years including roles as a home manager, promoted to operational manager due to successes, then appointed to national role as quality manager overseeing risk, quality and audit (including clinical audit) across the organisation. Speaking publicly on living well with dementia, health and social care funding as well as great care and support in a residential setting. Interviewed on BBC Breakfast and Radio 4S Today programme. Rob brings a dynamic and efficient drive to Churchlake Care as NED Operations Director. His high performance mentality and can do attitude was drilled into him since his military experience where he served in Bosnia, Germany and Canada. The board at Churchlake Care are confident they will deliver results targeted with Rob overseeing strategic operations.

DAFYDD SLADER, NON EXECUTIVE FINANCE DIRECTOR

Dafydd held lead roles in the past include giant financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Lloyds Bank and HSBC. He brings to Churchlake an entrepreneurial education in businesses experiencing rapid growth and associated challenges and understands the need to instigate appropriate controls, processes, systems and performance management without impeding the culture and entrepreneurship which has made the business so successful. Dafydd has proposed and led numerous major transformation and restructuring programmes having gained full management approval which includes extensive transformation and infrastructure programmes such as coordinating the introduction of scalable financial reporting, crm and general ledger systems. He has delivered comprehensive FP&A, MI reporting, has M&A experience, defined financial criteria’s, established best practice and operating standards across multi-site businesses, introduced tailored business templates and established comprehensive resource planning procedures. He brings comprehensive business experience gained across all business functions and operations, facilitating collective working, maximizing capability and enhancing performance. He has diverse expertise having delivered significant performance improvements, increased business transparency and accountability across a full array of business functions, establishing / enhancing effective management infrastructures along with lead experience working with an array of external third parties.

ALAN CHARLES JEBSON, FOUNDER & CEO.

Alan was once described by one of his billionaire business mentors, an M&A legend from New York, as having entrepreneur running through his veins. Alan’s early success began 11 years old where he found his passion in sales whilst still in school. Alan is a proven self-motivated leader with extensive expertise in property acquisitions. He amassed a substantial property portfolio in London since the early 1990’s and conducted over 150 real estate transactions. He led his own private organisation to success by specialising in housing association contracts via local government. He has an in-depth knowledge of local government funding and a well established network of contracts. Mr. Jebson was mentored by some notable, experienced and very successful entrepreneurs with a long track record of building businesses to exceptional value in companies involved in oil and gas, IT, real estate, insurance and the provision of health care. Mr. Jebson recognised the investment opportunities within the healthcare industry, a vision that was supported by his mentors.
