By way of introduction, we are currently a group of care homes directors and onsite managers that have a wealth of experience and talent and are very passionate about providing high quality care. We seek to ensure that our care homes are homes that we would be happy to have our family make their home in their later days should the need arise.
The care home market will always be competitive despite the demand for beds. Life span is increasing, people are living longer, and government funding can’t keep up with demand. Our objective is to invest in our facilities, our staff, residential activities and wellbeing.
We provide the best holistic Care Homes at a fair price.
Our objectives are clear, superior care, great staff and to be families first choice.
Our aim is to be the local care home of choice:
We are passionate; we want the best care possible for our residents or as we like to say, for our friends
We consider ourselves as a big family, compromising our friends (residents), staff and extended families.
From the moment you make contact with us, we will be there to answer your questions and support you and your loved ones
We have a programme of care, ensuring that we are there to oversee your loved ones making the most traumatic life changing transformation one might ever incur as manageable and reassuring as possible.
We seek to make the transfer as smooth and reassuring as possible, going the extra mile, to overcome their fear, anxiety and apprehension
We don’t forget the family. This is a emotional experience for all; we will support you and your loved ones
We seek to provide a friendly welcoming home from home.
We will tailor the facilities to meet our friend’s rooms
You’re welcome to bring in any furniture such as their favourite chairs, hanging up pictures etc.
Our rooms may vary in terms of features such as outlook, en suite, ground floor etc. but the quality of care is never compromised
We have a limited number of shared rooms to meet the needs of our friends for example some prefer the closeness and benefits of close friendship /companionship.

All the Homes have been extensively refurbished including additional bedrooms which are warm, light, airy and tastefully decorated and furnished.
Are rooms are equipped to very high standards including specialist beds, hoists and equipment as needed.
Our Care Home has a good CQC rating and we are aiming to make that an excellent rating sooner rather than later. This will require a lot of hard work and commitment but that’s our aim.
We are well established and recognised in the local community and highly respected, offering a full range of services including dementia and medical care.
Most of our staff have been with us for many years and they are a crucial part of our success to date and our future.
Rooms are a very good size, many with en-suite facilities and are fully equipped to make our residents feel at home.
We believe in making our rooms as homely as possible encouraging residents to make their new home just that a home from home. For example we plan to introduce large canvas pictures to bring the outside world indoors so they don’t have to look at blank walls when they are not sharing the communal areas or joining in the variety of activities we offer.
We have multiple tailored communal areas around the Care Home to encourage participation, engagement, etc . There is also an onsite hairdresser facilities and we encourage visits from children groups, pets, singers etc.
We invest in our Care Home, our resident well being and our staff. We buy only fresh produce from within a 25mile radius. We tailor our menus to meet resident dietary requirements, preferences and be highly nutritional.
Our homes are part of growing group of Care Homes that are owned by and run by the Churchlake Care Group.
Our executives are very experienced and well known in the Care Sector. They are very hands on, supporting Care Home Managers, providing ongoing investment and ensuring full compliance, excellent conditions, facilities and experienced, committed, passionate, caring staff.
The Churchlake portfolio of Care Homes comprises specifically targeted Care Homes which have a wealth of experience are tailored to and responsive to local needs.
Our Care Homes are typically 20 to 40 beds big enough to be able to support and provide all the requirements of a sustainable, caring home and small enough to provide appropriate, one on one care tailored to meet residents needs and reflecting their individuality and personality.
Its crucial to us that residents are and feel part of their extended family, we recognise that our residents have unique needs and that these needs may change over their time with us and we seek to accommodate that within our Care Homes so that their stay is as comfortable and as reassuring as possible

Are our Care Homes right for you your loved ones?
There are many Care Homes to choose from, none are the same, some will suit your loved one’s needs other will not, some are affordable some are not.
We know that selecting a Care Home is one of the most important decisions you can make.
We all want the best care possible:
Quality of care is everyone’s first thought,
Can I afford it ?
Will our loved ones be happy there ?
Will we and their friends be able to visit and be welcome ?
What you need to know about us ?
There are of course so many factors to consider and we will be happy to answers any questions you may have, invite you to our open days, have personal one on one tours and meet our managers.
FEES: Unfortunately, one of the first questions people ask is how much do you charge and rightly so. For that reason we address this point first. Some of our residents pay privately, other have state help, either way our pricing structure is fair, consistent and competitive. Some of our Care Homes have long waiting lists others are nearly full. That reflects the quality of care we provide and our fair pricing policy. We can help explain how the funding is determined by local authorities and who you need to speak to.
LOCALITY: Locality is very important to us and we seek to actively participate with / in the local community. The nearer to their home, friends and family the happier our residents are, which is reflected in their well being.
ACCESSABILITY: We encourage friends and family to be able to meet their loved ones as and when they want.
RESIDENTS WELBEING: We acknowledge that for our residents even the smallest of things can be very frustrating. We recognise this and get to know our residents inside out so that we can support and care for them in the most appropriate, helpful, supportive manner. We provide them with as fulfilled lives as possible. Whilst with us, we seek to ensure that they look forward to tomorrow, encourage them to share memories with friends and loved ones and participate in the variety of activities we provide encouraging engagement, participation, active motion
STAFFING: Our staff are our biggest asset from the Manager, medical staff, the carers, through to the kitchen staff and domestic staff. Everyone has a key role in the care of our residents, they are committed and passionate members of our extended family.
AGENCY STAFF: All Care Homes require agency carers from time to time to support their core staff. We seek to minimise agency staff as much as possible so that residents and staff form a strong bond and provide the best care possible 24/7. Its not always easy but we seek to recruit, retain and develop our staff which in turn ensures high quality care, familiarity, compassion and awareness.
TRANSPARENCY: Our policy is to be open and transparent at all times. You have access to our staff and management at all times and we are very open about who we are, what we do, why we make changes etc. Everything we do aligns to best practice be that professionalism best practices, regulations, direction from GPs, internal and external health staff etc. We will work together collectively to address any problems that arise. Fortunately such cases are very rare.
TARGETS: We acknowledge that we can’t be perfect all of the time, who can, be but that doesn’t stop us seeking to be the very best in everything that we do. We aim to provide the best possible care and have the best carers that our residents can possibly wish for. We don’t sit on our laurels, we are always challenging ourselves be better which is why we invest in our people, facilitates and technology consistently.
